Do you ever get to the point where you are tired of ALL of the food that you make!?
I am past that point.
Kind of a big deal for me, since any of you who know me know that I am not really an "eater" Don't get me wrong, I eat, I am just not really a food connoisseur. I eat out of necessity, not pleasure. In fact it is probably kind of weird that I don't really love food yet I love to make it. I love trying new recipes and baking (remember my joy about getting a Bosch Mixer/food processor/blender -- yep, love it)
I guess I eat because I have to have energy to fuel my exercise habits.
SO . . . .
the point of this post is to say that I am tired of all of my staple food choices. I need some good ideas on what to make for dinner(s)
What are some of your favorite recipes?
preferably healthy
preferably ingredients that are not hard to find
also keep in mind
I am cooking for 1
&
I am not a "red meat lover"
other than that pretty open
doesn't necessarily have to be fast or easy
not picky
just selective
Send me ideas!

Hi Amber! You will have to keep me updated on the guy you are dating. Don't worry about not saying bye at the game. It was just fun to see you. Well I have a recipe that I hope you will like. I am always going through recipes so when I come across one you might like I will send it to you. Here is one that you should try.
Strawberry Salad
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs. poppy seeds
1/4 Tsp. paprika
1/4 Tsp. salt
Whisk above together in a medium bowl.
Add dressing to 6 ounces of fresh baby spinach leaves and mix all of that with 4 cups of sliced strawberries. Toss and serve.
I hope you enjoy it. Let me know if you like it.
Something I love is to make pesto chicken wraps. I take cooked chicken (can be canned or leftover baked or boiled), add mayo (I use canola oil) and jarred pesto to taste. I warm a wrap or tortilla, add fresh tomato and lettuce. I eat this with pita chips and or baby carrots.
I forgot to mention that I am single as well so I know the pain of cooking and trying to come up with "dinner for one"!
